Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Sancta merchandise purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase (for example selecting the incorrect size or colour), we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

· the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • all original tags must still be attached
  • the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us and return the original item in accordance with the conditions above.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind exchanges. Sancta will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In these circumstances:

  • Sancta will cover the cost of return postage
  • you may choose a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund

Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.

Non-returnable items

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • custom or made-to-order items (including personalised items)
  • items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

Refund process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Sancta cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
