Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
Shipping Carrier & Costs All orders are shipped via Australia Post. For orders under $150 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods (e.g., end of year, public holidays).
Order Processing & Handling Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
